Relatively new reader, but love this piece in particular as someone who is actively transitioning deeper into tech/venture. You may have done this already, but it may be interesting to explore more of how to apply an "operator" mindset to your work in order to grow into the massively value-additive, productive, efficient types that startups value so much.
